Looking for good training resources for rEvents
Hi! I'm new to NGO connect, coming off working with mostly NPSP orgs. I'm having a hard time finding good resources for the Events (as well as Giving modules). I've gone through the RoundCorner Screensteps, but was hoping for more of a webinar or video walk through. I'd also like have a better understanding of the structure for Events and Giving as well as customization limitations, not just how to create new events etc. Does anyone have any suggestions of good resources? #Roundcause #NGO Connect

Would there be any interest in a group for roundCause users?

    Has this idea taken off? I think it is an awesome idea - and I would ask that it include Admin folks, so having some deeper understanding of what's happening behind the scenes would be really great. What is the logic behind the formulas for giving amounts, dates, etc? What does the NGOconnect ecosystem look like (maps, data models, field dictionaries, etc?, and where are the Admin-level documentation for maintaining and improving the system?

    Please include me if there are regular "NGOconnect user group / admin group / product advocacy meetings".

How to implement online donation using force.com?
I wanted online users to login to a public webpage and let them donate which in turn needs to update the amount for the contact in salesforce platform. Can you please provide suggestions?

    Thanks all for the super fast response. Do we need customer portal enabled for using any of the above mentioned solutions? As of now we dont have licenses for customer portal
