Hello everyone! We are excited to introduce a special session at Seoul Dreamin' 2024!
This session will dive into the four key phases of a project lifecycle: Analyze, Build, Deliver, and Operate, providing deep insights into each phase through key considerations and real-world examples. 🤓
We are especially honored to have three community leaders as speakers for this session: @Jihoon Moon, @Hyojin Lee and @OBIDJON KOMILJONOV, who is also Korea’s only Salesforce MVP! Based on their experiences, you’ll learn how to effectively manage the entire project process—from analyzing client requirements to data loading, deployment, and operation.
