Some of my colleagues who are also System Administrators are receiving this error message however I am not. The have the same profile as myself. How do I fix this?

Getting error messages on a Solution when trying to access Template Builder:
1. "The id parameter is missing" (when accessed via Conga Solutions);
2. "Unable to retrieve Conga query from Salesforce. This could be an issue with visibility" (when accessed via button on object page).
I also note that the Solution requires a button update every time I open it, whether I have made any changes to it or not. Anyone got any tips?
