Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I am trying to complete the Create a Prompt Template for an Engagement Email challenge, but I get an error  The 'Program Recommendation Email' prompt template text is missing a dynamic reference to the sender's full name resource.

This doesn't make sense, because the template actually does have that reference:

Why does challenge fail asking for something which is actually there

Note - when using Insert Resource, only Sender > Full Name is available to select, not Sender > Name. So that is what I selected. But then when displayed in the template after inserting, the token shows it as

Input.Sender.Name

. I'm not sure if this is what is causing the check to fail, but there is no other option available.

Update - never mind, it's working now! The details of the Challenge have changed, and when I check it now, my config is accepted and I pass the challenge (I didn't change anything). Clearly there was a problem with this one but it now appears to be resolved.

    Thanks again

@Matt Thomas for trying to help!

Hello,

I cannot see any right pane and cannot see any output preview needed for

8. The right pane displays the results of the prompt template. It opens in the Output Preview. Click the

JSON

tab to display the actual output from the template.

All I am able to do is to right click on the column header and click edit column in order to show the summary but there is no output preview.

Please advise how to display the output preview.

Explore data with Agentforce grid - Issue with right pane

Thanks,

Anna

    Hi @Anna Yvrande,

What you’re seeing is the column setup pane that opens when you choose Edit Column, and it doesn’t include the output preview. The preview is tied to the result in each cell.

Here’s how to get to it:

    1. In the Summary column, click Save and Run and wait until the cells finish processing.
    2. Click directly on one of the cells in the Summary column (for example, row 1).
    3. The right pane should switch to the output view and open on Output Preview. Click the JSON tab there to see the raw output from the template.

If the pane still shows the column settings, click on a different cell, or close the pane with the cross icon and click the cell again.

Hope this helps! If it works, please mark this as the best answer.

I've created Custom DMO using existing Account DMO with profile category. When trying to create an identity resolution rule, I can see only Account & Individual DMO. Is there any thing that I'm missing or it's not doable? My intention is to create a separate Identity Resolution rule for Trainers from Custom DMO. Any suggestions from experience would be appreciated.

I tried to set filter ,but no results.

(In the table, "Rating" (the most right column) shows "Hot/Warm", though)

Why I can not set

This is error message.

    Hi @Kazuyoshi Nakajima,

The filter is treating “Hot, Warm” as a single piece of text, and no account has a Rating with that exact name, so you get “No results.”

Rating is a picklist, so you need to pick the values one by one. Clear what you typed in the Value box, click Show All, then tick Hot and Warm from the list. Both will show up as selected. Hit Apply

    and run the report again.

With “equals” and multiple values selected, Salesforce treats them as OR, so you’ll get both Hot and Warm accounts.

Hope that works for you! If it does, please mark this as the best answer.

    Hello @Under Dog

This error means the Customer Account Page isn't assigned to the Customer Account record type. To fix it:

    1. Go to Setup → type Lightning App Builder in Quick Find → click Lightning App Builder.

    2. Click Edit next to Customer Account Page.

    3. Click Activation (top right) → open the App, Record Type, and Profile tab → click Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.

    4. Select the app the challenge asks for (e.g. Sales) → Next → choose Desktop (or as instructed) → Next.

    5. Select the Customer Account record type → Next.

    6. Select the profiles the challenge asks for (e.g. System Administrator) → Next → Save.

Also check that the Customer Account record type exists on Account, is Active, and is available to your profile (Setup → Object Manager → Account → Record Types). Then check the challenge again.

    @Prasanth Sanapala

To allow Guest Users to access Salesforce Surveys sent via email when merge fields are used, update the Merge Field Variables setting to use System Context (which ignores record-level access):

    1. Navigate to the affected survey in Salesforce.
    2. Click Open Latest Version.
    3. If the survey is currently activated, go to the View tab and select Create New Version from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
    4. Open Advanced Settings and click Merge Field Variables.
    5. Set Merge Field Variables to System Context – Ignore record-level access.
    6. Save and activate the survey.

Hi!, I'm dealing with the trailhead https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/agentforce-agent-testing/set-up-testing-criteria?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-legend-2026

and get stuck with the enable of the agentforce test center. I created the org, linked it and turned einstein and Agentforce (Default) but when i search for the Test Center i'm not able to see it.

Im getting errores with the Agentforce Test Center

Hey David! Try searching “Testing Center” in Setup’s Quick Find instead of “Test Center.” Also make sure Einstein Setup and Agentforce are both on, then log out and back in. If it still doesn’t show up, a fresh Agentforce Developer Edition org usually fixes it. Good luck!

Hi Team,

I am completing the Explore Data with Agentforce Grid Trailhead unit. The Account and Account.Id columns are working, but the Summary column using the Account Summary Prompt Template returns:

“A temporary system error occurred. Please provide this request ID to customer support.”

“The LLM response is incorrect. Adjust the instructions and try again.”

I already tried Update Column, Save and Run, and Reconnect Agents to Salesforce Services

, but the error continues.

Error: A temporary system error occurred

Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?

Hi @Peddinti Rupa Sree I noticed a few other Trailblazers are facing the same issue with the Account Summary Prompt Template.

Try running the Account Summary template directly in Prompt Builder with an Account record.

If it fails there too, check the template inputs, user permissions, and activation status.

If the issue continues, raise a Trailhead support case with the screenshot and Run ID.

    Salesforce documentation:

    https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ai.prompt_builder_troubleshoot.htm&type=5

    Hope this helps!
