IdeaExchange: Help Salesforce Help content reach humans and AI

I’ve just posted an IdeaExchange idea proposing structured navigation templates across Salesforce Help articles

. 

 

Think of it like a Wikipedia-style navigation box

at the bottom of Salesforce Help pages — connecting related topics such as Data 360, Agentforce, Data Streams, Data Transforms, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, etc. 

 

The goal is to make it easier for:

  •  👩‍💻 Admins, developers & consultants to discover related documentation 
  •  🔎 Humans to navigate the Salesforce knowledge ecosystem 
  •  🤖 AI agents to discover the right supporting documentation and understand relationships between topics 

This isn't about creating more documentation — it's about making the enormous amount of existing Salesforce documentation easier to discover and connect.

Hello Trailhead Certification Support Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to register for Salesforce certification exams through my Trailhead account.

For all certifications, including the Agentforce Specialist exam, I only see the “Test Center” option. The “Online Proctored” option is not show on my account. However, other candidates are able to see and select the online exam option for the same certifications.

I want to take the exam in online proctored mode, but currently the system is not allowing me to choose that option. Could you please check my account settings and enable online exam scheduling for my profile?

My Trailhead registered email: vaishnavvishnu052@gmail.com

I have attached a screenshot showing that only the Test Center option is available on my side.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can proceed with booking my exam online.

Superbadge Prompt Builder challenge 3 - getting json format is invalid error

As part of Agentblazer Innovator, while doing Superbadge challenge 3 for sales email, getting the json format is invalid error during the preview.  Can someone please help on how to resolve this error?  Followed the instructions as asked in the challenge
