Hi All,
We have a problem - when the record was selected for approval - First level of approval is going to the Manager - Once Manager approves the record - Second level of Approval is manually choosen by the Manager and he - himself can assign to him and approve the record.
So we need to restrict the manager to add himself as a approver for the second level of approver.
let me know if anyone is having Idea on this ??

I am also looking a solution for some similar scenario where the case approval will be on the basis of First Response ( 2 users are defined as approvers in the approval process ) and need to prevent the reassignment of approval request to case requester or submitter (i.e on clicking reassign button).
I dont think we can directly write Validation, Flow or Trigger on ProcessInstanceWorkitem object and hence looking for any idea or solution to deal with this situation. Let me know if someone has anything related to this that would be helpful
