The July 2020 Trailhead Scholarship supports community members who have been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and/or graduates of a Salesforce training program led by one of many nonprofit organizations that are focused on underserved communities or groups underrepresented in technology.

As per my understanding, there are some rules/ eligibility criteria declared by Salesforce to enter a scholarship program.
Here you need to attach declaration form or information.
