The expected flow, per the unit: 

1. Make sure the Guest Agent is selected in the Select Agent menu (a common error if you get one is that Employee Agent is selected instead) 

2. Paste: "Show me Lucy Todd's reservation." — confirm the agent returns her details, including Reservation R-00000016 

3. Paste: "Is the Presidential Suite available for the next 4 nights?" — confirm the agent responds it's available 

4. Paste: "Please move Lucy Todd from her current room to the Presidential Suite." — confirm the agent confirms the move 

5. Then paste the email-generation prompt you posted 

If the email doesn't generate: the unit itself notes it can take a minute to populate — give it a moment before assuming it's failed. 

One important note directly from the unit: if you try to actually send the generated email, you may get an error — that's expected and won't fail the Hands-On Challenge, since you're in a test environment and aren't meant to actually send it. So if that's what you're running into, you can ignore it and just proceed to Check Challenge. 

If the agent isn't returning Lucy's reservation at all in step 2, that's the point to troubleshoot first (usually the Guest Agent not being selected) — the email step won't work if the earlier steps in that same conversation didn't complete correctly, since the agent needs that reservation context carried through the conversation.
