Something I recently learned that might save others a headacheâŠ
If you're sending SMS messages via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement) and using From Names (Sender IDs) for your Australian contacts, you must
have those Sender IDs registered.
đĄ Hereâs the catch:
Youâll need to reach out to your
Account Executive and request the form titled âThird Party Authority to use Sender ID(s)â.- Your AE will oversee the provisioning
- Itâs free of charge.
- And if you donât do it, your SMS messages might show as coming from
âUnverifiedâânot a great look for brand trust!
