Help Plan a New Experience
The summer season has ended at Coral Cloud Resorts. The ever-earlier sunsets, cool breezes, and dinner guests on the patio snuggled in cozy wraps and jackets signal that it’s time for Coral Cloud Resorts to change its experience offerings to match the incoming season. The manager of the resort has asked Astro and their friends Ruth and Codey to brainstorm a new autumn-themed activity for the guests to enjoy. And the three friends want you to help.
“We could do a pumpkin carving contest experience,” Ruth proposes. “Or, how about a hay ride experience?”
Codey thinks for a minute. “But we’d need to have a lot of pumpkins and hay brought all the way to the resort. And a tractor.”
“What about mask making?” “A candy hunt?” “A scavenger hunt?” “Guests could decorate their doors!” The enthusiastic suggestions become such a cacophony of shouts and voices that no one can hear anything.
“Oh, oh!” exclaims Astro, louder than everyone else. “What about a beach campfire with s’mores? Lots of s’mores!”
“And stories! Ghost stories and other kinds of campfire stories!” adds Ruth.
“And s’more s’mores!” Astro insists.
“That’s a great idea!” you and Codey agree.
Codey tells you, “There’s already a campfire ring a ways down the beach, and we could have the Campfire Stories Experience there.”
Astro immediately starts planning every detail of the s’mores while you, Ruth, and Codey get to work on the logistics of a campfire experience with stories.
Codey says he can set up the experience and the sessions, and Ruth says she can work on getting the firewood, chairs, and beverages. Since you’re the Agentforce expert, they tell you, “We need a place to keep the stories and a way to call them up so we can tell different stories to fit the people in the group, like kids or all ages, at each session. Can you help with that?”
“Definitely!” you tell them.
Sign Up for a Custom Playground with Agentforce
As you hurry back to your desk, you think about the best way to gather stories that can be retold to different audiences. You decide to use headless technology to create an employee agent that can collect campfire stories on a custom object in the Coral Cloud Resorts org. Then, after you’ve added stories to the custom object, you can ask the agent to suggest stories based on criteria, like the story type, story length, and the audience age group. And the agent can show you the stories that match your request.
But before you can create the custom object and employee agent, you need a custom playground that contains the Trailhead headless experience and Agentforce.
- If you haven’t already clicked Create Playground, go to the top of the page and select it now.
- Your new org is automatically attached to your Trailhead account.
- Click Launch to open your new Headless Agentforce Playground.
You need to use the custom org created for this badge. A regular Trailhead Playground doesn’t contain the headless experience and permissions you need to complete this content.
Make note of your new org’s expiration date and complete this badge before then.
