Configure Trusted and Compliant Email Sending

Hey everyone, 

I am working on the Data 360 marketing cloud next email sending essentials under the configure trusted and compliant email sending badge.   

I am currently stuck on step number 9 - Send the certificate request to the certificate authority of your choice.  

How am I suppose to send a certificate request?

    The CSR itself is just the file Salesforce generates when you click Create CA-Signed Certificate under Certificate and Key Management. Sending it to "the certificate authority of your choice" means submitting that CSR to an actual external CA - DigiCert, Sectigo, GlobalSign, or whichever provider your org already has an account with. Their site will have an option like "submit CSR" or "order SSL/TLS certificate" where you paste in the CSR content, go through their domain validation, and they email back a signed certificate file (.crt or .pem). Once you have that, go back to the same certificate record in Certificate and Key Management and click Upload Signed Certificate to finish the exchange. If you don't already have a CA account, most of them offer a free trial or short validation cert that's enough to complete this step.

Cannot Create Master-Detail Relationship

I am trying to complete this challenge of object relationship. It showing this when i am trying to create master detail reationship. (Cannot Create Master-Detail Relationship

You cannot create a new Master-Detail relationship on an existing custom object if records already exist. You must first create a Lookup relationship, populate the lookup field with data in all records, and then change the relationship type to Master-Detail.) 

 It showing You cannot create a new Master-Detail relationship on an existing custom object if records already exist but i didn't create a master relationship in my custom object. if anyone know what should i do or what i did wrong.

    One thing that catches people on this exact error even after they've deleted everything: records sitting in the Recycle Bin for that object still count as existing records and will block the conversion. Check Setup > Object Manager > your object > and also empty the Recycle Bin for it, not just delete from the list view. That combined with what Nikhil said usually clears it.

     This solution worked for me :  the issue is with the existing Data Governance Policy - All Data Access Ruleset. Make sure you create a new policy and then delete the All Data Access Ruleset Policy

    . After that, try again. it should work. Hope this helps!

define sharing rules requires a program object already existing but I don't have that and I don't even know which module says to create it and that's why I am not able to complete this challenge.can you tell me what should i do about this.

    Hello @Nitisha Tanwar, please make sure to take this module from 1st unit. 

    You should take the module, from the first unit to the last one, to be able to pass this module, especially the second unit to sign up for your specific dev edition :

Display a Prediction on a Record with a Screen Flow

Challenge not yet complete in Predictive Models in Model Builder

In the Action element named Predict Conversion, we can't find the input ‘Lead from Get Lead Data > Annual Revenue’ in the Annual Revenue field.

    I tried what you suggested, but it isn't working either. It seems you are offering a solution without having fully tested it yourself; perhaps you should try it out first.
