Hi team, 

I am currently working on the IP warm-up. The IP status is already green, but while performing the warm-up for

Microsoft domains, we are getting Block Bounce errors. We have updated all the DMARC records, and the IP is green. Could you please help me understand why we are still receiving block bounces specifically for Microsoft domains (AOL, Hotmail, Outlook)

    During IP warmup, it is common to get block bounces, this is because the IP is new and you are gradually building its reputation and these usually go away on their own as you proceed with IP warming. But however, if they don’t, then you can submit IP mitigation request to Microsoft directly or raise a case with Salesforce support. (monitor the volume you send to these domains, split the audience and send to engaged subscribers only) You can continue to send emails and following best sending practices.

Report on Emails Not Sent Successfully to email Domain

User recently brought to our attention that any emails being sent to a specific email domain are getting bounced. It just started happening as emails to this particular domain were successfully sent and received up until June. Only way to even see that it bounced is going to the activity list where the email activity is and seeing the bounced status. 

 

We're trying to figure out if this is an issue with the Receiver domain where they possibly changed their firewall securities, or if there's a larger issue with the IP addresses our emails are being sent from. I want to pull a report of emails sent out of Salesforce and if they bounced but there doesn't seem to be any standard report. Since the email addresses are valid, there's nothing getting flagged on the contact record. Anything in setup I can use to pull this information?
