Hello Trailblazer Community,

I am completely locked out of my Salesforce Developer Edition org. Every time I attempt to log in, I am met with a core system internal server error page.

To make matters worse, I am completely blocked from getting help. When I go to Salesforce Support to open a ticket, there is no manual case creation option available

. The help portal forces me to use the Agentforce agent. Agentforce falsely claims and confirms that it has "submitted a case" for me, but no case number is generated, no confirmation email is sent, and no case is actually created. I am trapped in a loop where I cannot log in and cannot manually contact support.

Could a Salesforce Community Manager or Support Agent please review the backend logs for this platform exception and escalate this to the engineering team? Here is the exact error code from my login screen:

  • Error ID: 1320266164-236886 (-1239726991)

I have already tried clearing my browser cache, utilizing an Incognito window, and testing alternative browsers, but the same server error persists. Any assistance in getting this logged internally would be greatly appreciated!

Salesforce1 Simulator Extension for Chrome Question

I have a Trailhead account which has two Developers Edition instances as well as several playgrounds associated with it. When I log into the Salesforce1 Simulator it automatically connects to the first Developers Edition that was originally created for my account. How can I get it to display info from one of the playgrounds?

    @Melissa Mueller

    Log out from every account then just login with a single account and then open your simulator.

    If it still not work, then from browser switch to lightning experience, then open developer console and switch to mobile view. Now, remove everything after 'one/one.app' from URL and hit enter. The page will load as it is in Salesforce1.

    Let me know if it still not works.

    Thanks

    Ajeet
