#Boonplus Easy Pricing (Version 4.15.0) and Generate/Sync (Version 4.4.0) Apps have been upgraded to Salesforce API Version 59.0 (Salesforce Winter '24 release). To stay up to date on the latest release, please... 

1) Go to the Easy Pricing and Generate/Sync Apps on AppExchange and click on "Get It Now" to upgrade the app. 

2) Set the Server_URL to 590 in the Product_mp__c field of all Product Line Item Objects (e.g. Opportunity Product, Quote Line Item, etc. See the screenshot below).

3) Set the Salesforce.com API Version of all Easy Pricing and Generate/Sync related VF Pages to 59.0.

4) If you would like to run the Easy Pricing or Generate/Sync Apps in the Lightning Console app, please make sure the lightningStylesheets is up-to-date (see this KB article Update the lightningStylesheets for the Console Navigation for more information).

5) If you would like to run the Easy Pricing or Generate/Sync Apps in the Lightning Console app, please also make sure the Javascript of the "Clone" VF Page from the Easy Pricing app and the "Generate" VF Page from the Generate/Sync app is up-to-date (see this KB article Update the Javascript in the VF Page for the Console Navigation for more information).

How would you like to use the new "Add Group" feature in the Easy Pricing App for the the Amendment and Renewal Deals?

decimal places

Our instance is set to 2 decimal places but the Easy pricing app is rounding to 3.  How do I remedy this?  When I went to configuration page, it also has me click "create remote site setting" which has already been done.  #Boonplus Easy Pricing

    Hi! @Patricia Pietras 

    1. It looks like the Remote Site of the Easy Pricing apps in your org needs to be updated, please delete all Easy Pricing Remote Sites from the Remote Site Settings and recreate the Remote Site by going to each one of the Easy Pricing configuration page and click on the "Create Remote Site Setting" button.

    2. Regarding your 2 decimal places question, is it about the decimal places set in the Active Currencies? Or it's related to a Percentage field that's used in the Easy Pricing app? Please share an example.

Easy Pricing App New Feature Announcements (Version: 3.42.0/Release Date: 2022-07-02)

1. Select a Pricing Rule for the Product before the Add Product action

Steps to activate this feature: 

  • Go to the AppExchange and upgrade your Easy Pricing App(s) to the latest version.
  • Check the "All-Show Pricing Rule Field in Add Prod" checkbox in the Easy Pricing Configuration Custom Settings. 

2. Reset the Product Name/Product Code after the Add Product action

Steps to activate this feature: 

  • Go to the AppExchange and upgrade your Easy Pricing App(s) to the latest version.
  • Check the "All-Reset Product Name after Add Product" checkbox in the Easy Pricing Configuration Custom Settings.

Quotes with different Price Books on same Opportunity

Is it possible with Easy Pricing to have Quotes with different Price Books on the same Opportunity? That is the Use Case that I need to solve. We have multiple companies that are provided Quotes for the same Project. The Price Book to be used is set at the Account level, not the Opportunity level. We do not need to sync Quotes with the Opportunity.

    @Jennifer Borkovich Unlike Salesforce's 'Add Products', our 'Add Product' button is embedded with the 'Pricing Rule' logic, which is much more complicated than just adding a product line. Since our logic may overload the system (i.e. hitting the governor limits) if multiple products are selected, which is the reason why we decided not to support it in our app. There are three ways (i.e. picklist, autocomplete, lookup) to add a product in our app, if you are not familiar with some of them, please take a look at this article "Adding Product Line Item Made Easy with PickList, AutoComplete, LookUp fields in Salesforce", hope it helps.

    Unlike Salesforce's 'Add Products', our 'Add Product' button is embedded with the 'Pricing Rule' logic, which is much more complicated than just adding a product line.
