My company has an existing Customer Portal. And as soon as I return from Dreamforce we are looking to migrate this to the Community Cloud. I am kind of nervous about this as I expect to have far more issues than if we were just standing up a brand new Community. But I have signed up for as many Community related sessions at DF as I could find!
But any feedback from folk who have migrated from a customer portal to community would be appreciated. What do I need to look out for?
