Here's how I did it — without running a single report.

I installed FieldPulse, opened a Contact record, and saw it immediately.

Fill rate badges on every field. Color-coded. Right there on the page.

→ Fax field — 1% fill rate. Dead. → Industry — 18%. Barely alive. → Lead Source — 42%. At risk. → Phone — 89%. Healthy. → Email — 98%. The only field your reps actually trust.

No Excel exports. No batch reports. No admin rabbit holes.

Just open a record and know.

FieldPulse is a free Chrome extension by Forcenaut. 100% local — zero data leaves your browser. No managed package. No Salesforce admin install needed.

30 seconds to install. Instant field clarity.

Hello Admin Heroes! I haven't put out any new content on Admin Hero in years, but I was recently on The CRM Success Show podcast and the episode dropped yesterday so I figured I would share. We covered the following topics:

  • My Salesforce career including time consulting at ShellBlack and moving back to the "client side" with Pushpay.
  • Modernizing a Salesforce org and managing business priorities.
  • Inheriting a Team.
  • Agentforce use case and how we focus on the "human touch" with AI.

You can find the episode here if you're interested! Enjoy! https://www.crmsuccess.show/2393017/episodes/18705609-33-brent-downey-pushpay-the-human-touch-and-agentforce

Hi everyone, I’m preparing for my Salesforce Administrator exam but currently cannot afford the exam fee. Does anyone have an unused voucher or know of any programs in South Africa that sponsor certifications? If so please feel  free to email me on shantelsabs@gmail.com

Consultancy Skills All Salesforce Admins Should Master

Join me and @Heather Black on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 11am-12pm Eastern

Join the session to learn the softer skills beyond tech skills required to manage Salesforce projects.

An internal admin should understand and apply Business Analysis, Change Management and Project Management skills in their role. They are effectively a consultant with their employer as their client.

Join the session to find solutions to some of your possible nightmares – poor executive sponsorship leads to low user adoption. Find out how to shift this narrative by upskilling in these areas.

Leave the session as a more confident salesforce admin with some new consultancy tools and skills to apply in practice.

What is the best way to report on which users have the Service Cloud User box checked on their user record? That field isn't available in any of my reports or in user list views. I also tried using Data Loader and the field isn't there.

    Hi Debra,

The API for that checkbox field is UserPermissionsSupportUser, so you should be able to use a SOQL query in SF Inspector: SELECT ID Where UserPermissionsSupportUser = TRUE

Oxymoron? Data Cloud for entry-level Salesforce professionals? Not really. Here is a blog with the 3 Myths and 3 Realities of Data Cloud, a summary of this week's SalesforceBen webinar, the full recording, and an AI-generated transcript.

From our recent experience of implementing Data Cloud, a successful Data Cloud project requires enterprise implementation skills ( business analysis, data modeling, architecture, security) and also entry-level Data Cloud configuration skills.  It is a team sport.

TL;DR. Data Cloud is the future. The train is leaving. Get on board.
