, no, there is no native way in Salesforce to change the standard Convert Lead Window.
@Vishal Verma gave you the options available to you -- Opportunity Flow as a "before save" action to update the Name to what you want it to be
- Custom LWC
- Screen flow with Apex action
You could search the appexchange to see if there is an app that can offer a customization, but there is no way to know what that might cost.
