To start the challenge for this module, I need to select Sales Email from the Prompt Template Type dropdown menu in the Prompt Builder. However, Sales Email does not appear as an option.

Are you doing this module?
Since this module is in a quiz format, I don't think there will be a similar environment in the playground.
