out using Google Forms and update these semi-manually into SF. I'm looking for an alternative that hopefully can manage both and it allows us to make changes easily and it links to SF seamlessly.
The longer forms include:
- Eligibility pre-questionnaire
- Different pages with questions and users can move back and forth
- Fields: short and long text, date, currency picklist and multi-picklists, checkboxes, email, etc
- The data collected syncs to the Contact record and custom objects
- There is explanatory text around the questions
- A copy of the application can be downloaded as PDF
Because it's a fairly long form:
- Users can save before submitting.
- A counter is displayed for some questions which decreases as you type so you know how many characters you have left for that question.
We would consider losing some of the features but there are some features that are essential. I can expand any of the points if required. Or send me a private message.
I have looked into ClickTools and it looks great except that it doesn't allow saving (we think this is one of the essential features). I want to check again FormAssembly (anyone using it?). But I wonder if others know of ways we can achieve this?
