#List Email0 discutindo

I want to populate the ListEmail object via flow. I can see that I need to also populate the ListEmailIndividualRecipient, but when I do, the contact records I add, are not shown on the List Email record. I think there is another object I need to populate. Any Ideas?

From looking at the docs I don't think you need a Source Record as you aren't using a Campaign or List View in your case.

I am making a report, using the HTML Email Status Report. However, I can see the emails sent by my user but not that of other users. I am using a user with an administrator profile. Does anyone know why I do not see the emails sent by others?

Hi Paula,  The article here outlines that the HTML Email Status report only shows the emails sent of the user running the report.  Depending on your need, you could either log in as the user needing to see the report, create it for them and save it to their personal Private Reports folder OR if you need it more publicly visible and dynamic, you can:

    1. Add your HTML Email Status report to a Salesforce.com Dashboard.
    2. Set the Dashboard Running User to 'Run as logged-in user'.
    3. Save the dashboard.

I have enabled the appropriate permissions but unable to see the Send List Email button in standard buttons on the contact object.

How do I add the send list email button?

Is there something else I need to setup?

This may be a silly request, but I am wondering what are some tips, tricks or steps you guys use for your media lists? I am looking to create a more robust and concise media list within Salesforce to keep track of Media Contacts. I don't need to analyze client/customer metadata, just to segment and send information more efficiently to our contacts. Thanks!

    Hi! Grace,

    1. Define Your Target Audience

    >The first step to creating a media contacts list is to define the type of people you want to reach with your company news. These will include potential buyers of your products or services or those who influence purchasing decisions.

    2. Identify Journalists and Media Outlets

    >Identify the media outlet.

    >Find the right person in the media outlet.

    3. Decide on a List Format

    >For this step, the simplest way to set up a contact list is to create a spreadsheet or Word doc with columns. Include the name of each contact and how to reach them.

    4. Begin Adding Contact Information

    >The next step is to find and enter information for the media contacts. Search for bylines to identify writers as you read publications in your industry. When you see a writer’s name on articles you like, add it. You may find some on Twitter, which attracts a lot of media people. Some media representatives may contact you to get on your list.

    5. Update Your Media List Regularly

    >The final step is to update your list regularly so it will be ready the next time you need it. Think of your media list as a work in progress.

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark it as the Best Answer to help others too.

    Thanks and Regards,

This question is a two-parter. First part is saving the list email. I know how to create a list email, but when I try to save my template, I get the following error message (screenshot attached as well):

Error Your template isn't saved it because it contains invalid or active HTML content.   • Attribute "orignalsrc" on element <a> is not allowed, or has an invalid value.

• Attribute "shash" on element <a> is not allowed, or has an invalid value.

• Attribute "type" on element <ul> is not allowed, or has an invalid value.  Correct the invalid code to save your template.  Someone else within the company has the exact same email message as I do and is able to save it.    The 2nd part is when my colleague saves the template, they are only able to save it in a private folder, not public, meaning I am not able to access it. Do you know why this is?

Hello, I am still having trouble with this. If anyone can help, that would be appreciated!

We send a list email weekly to a list of leads within a campaign.  I want to be able to trigger an update to a custom record when the list email is sent.  However, I can not find "list email" in Process Builder or Flow.  I do not have experience with Apex, so I'd like to avoid that, if possible.    #List Email #Process Builder #Flow Builder

Goal: I want to create a list of contacts that have an Opportunity in "created" stage but I also need to suppress those contacts that we have contacted after a certain date and we also need to filter language as we have contacts with different language preference. Is this possible from a list view or do we need to create a report? Love to be able to use list email function if possible. All help much appreciated! #Data Management

    Hi,

Unfortunately, not sorted. We ended up having our developer fix it with a node. Thanks for all the suggestions though!

Hello! I have been using the new Pardot Email builder this week and I have noticed my emails are not sending as mobile responsive. When viewing the email in the email content builder, I can change the view to mobile and see what it will look like. The buttons are almost full width of the screen ad the text is appropriately bigger 👍🏻 However, when I sent the list email, on a mobile device it simply looked like a mini version of the desktop email, text and buttons were quite small, not resized as you would expect from a mobile responsive template and not like I was seeing in the email content builder.

Any thoughts? Am I missing a setting or something?

Thanks in advance for your help

Michelle

#Email #List Email #Sales CloudI want to do something whenever a list email is sent to the members of a campaign.

How do I detect that this has happened?

I do not know how to override the "Send List Email" button (and then call the original functionality after doing my stuff) - nor does a trigger fire when list emails or tasks of subtype ListEmail are created.
