Is anyone using the "Exclude Technician from Geolocation Tracking" permission and has it working successfully? I have it assigned to certain technicians but it's not disabling the tracking as it should.

In Field Service Mobile App Builder:
I have created a configuration and assign it to mobile user profile(Service resources) and I have added a new Work Order tab , but why it is not getting in Mobile to the FST's(Service resources).
please help!!

@Reinier van den Assum Yes, you are correct - the following FOUR permissions need to be enabled not just the two on the knowledge article
- Access Lightning Web Components in Field Service Mobile
- Custom Applications for Field Service Mobile
- Access drag-and-drop content builder
- Customize application

I want to a list view in work order tab of FSL mobile app, where FST can be able to see all the open work orders where he is a resource preference.

That's not possible out of the box. Resource preference is related to the work order and you cannot use this in the list view. Maybe a report could help or if you just have one resource preference, maybe you could use a helper field and some kind of platform automation to populate the right data into the work order field. Then you can use this as filter criteria.
Keep in mind, in standard field service app configuration, there is no option to see a work orders via list view.
Maybe with the new app builder option, this is possible, but I didn't try it so far.
Can we show/display product image in FSL mobile app? How?

You can configure the Upload and Annotate Images Lightning web component (LWC) to let your mobile workers add images to their work orders or service appointments.

Hi All,
Service Appointments which are in scheduled status are appearing on the FSL Mobile App. Should not just such appointments which are in dispatched status only appear? Can someone please help how do we enforce this?

Thanks for hosting the meeting today. I tried the solution proposed by Scott via the call today but it did not work. I wondered if you could tag him on this thread and ask him if he wouldn't mind giving an exact breakdown of what he did with an example here in the thread? I am getting the message 'there is something wrong with the formula'. I am using a constant <br> {!Line_Break} in a formula {!LineBreak} and using that formula in a Text Template {!ReturnChar} and then using the text template in the formula like this.
SUBSTITUTE({!IA_Entry}, {!ReturnChar}, ',')
I originally tried using the <br> in the Text Template directly but got the same failure message as above. Thanks for putting me and Scott together on this. I heart Salesforce!

I have a user with a partner community user profile
I had assigned FSL Mobile permission set and FSL Mobile permission set license to that user
when I am trying to login in FSL mobile App it showing me a "Missing Permission" error

Has anyone ever developed any survey/questionnaire functionality for FSL with the below requirements?
1. Close to 100 questions in the survey form.
2. The no. of screens for the survey should NOT be more than three screens.
3. There could be multi-level dependent questions.
4. The ability for the user to pause the survey and get back at a later time to complete it starting from where the user had left.
5. The survey question may require a lookup field to any object.
6. The survey must support offline capability.
7. Capability to change the response even after the survey has been completed. The user should be able to relaunch the flow and questions and all the responses should be pre-filled.
8. Reporting/Analytics capability on the questions and answers in the survey.
9. Capability for a non-admin to add/edit/remove questions in the survey.
