#Escalation Rule0 discutindo

Hi Trailhead Community, @Kübra Muhtar

I'm currently working on the "Create a Case Escalation Rule" step in the Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements project. I'm using my hands-on org for this challenge.

When I try to verify the step, I receive the following error message:

I’ve carefully followed all the steps as outlined in the project instructions, ensured that the

Account Name is Pyramid Construction and the Type is Product Support

. I have also tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Recreated the case multiple times
  • Cleared browser cache
  • Tried in different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
  • Relaunched the org and re-did the steps from scratch

Despite all this, I still receive the same error when verifying the challenge. Has anyone else faced this issue or can suggest any other fixes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,

thanks for the clarification, but it is showcasing the same error as " We can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction. ". I included even problem but still showing the same error.

Once we escalate a case, how do we de-escalate so we don't see the red triangle anymore?

Hi Community,

We are using Service Cloud and I have a requirement to escalate the Cases if these criteria are met :

  • 10 days after submission(Status = Submitted), the case must be escalated if it is not closed

I didn't find a way to define the starting time as the Status moves to "Submitted"

Salesforce proposes the creation date and the last modification date as the starting timr of the escalation rules ?

Is there a solution for my requirement ?

Thank you in advance

I'm implementing OMNI channel for our cases currently and have run into a couple of issues and I wondered if anyone was familiar with them.

1. Could anyone clarify if within a queue Cases are routed in age from Oldest (from original created date) to Newest and if that's the case is there any way to change this? For example, if I have 100 items in my queue and it routes one to me as it's the oldest and I reply back to user, if the user replies to that straight away it seems to serve that case to me again. Ideally I want it to route to my agents based on the oldest since last modified. So a case which a user has just replied to us on shouldn't be considered to be a higher priority than one that has been waiting 2 days for a reply.

2. I have two queues, one of a priority of 1 and one of a priority of 2, two of my agents are members of both queues and my understanding was that they would be routed all of the work in the priority 1 queue and only if that was empty would they be routed work in the priority 2 queue - is that correct as it doesn't seem to be working that way?

3. I have an escalation rule that if one of my agents is served a case and becomes the owner, if they don't reply to it within 30 minutes then it puts it back into my high priority omni channel queue. This rule seems to work fine on cases that an agent manually assigns to themselves but where the case has been automatically served to them via omni channel it doesn't seem to fire. Is there some reason this should be the case?

Thanks for any help anyone can offer!

Thanks! I’ve figured out that when a case is escalated to a new queue via an escalation rule or assigned to a different queue by a workflow that it doesn’t seem to count as being modified or reset the wait time which is why some of my cases aren’t routing as I expected them to!

Also the number of cases in my queue doesn’t match the number in omni supervisor so they’re not being served via omni channel, not sure why so I’ve raised a case with support and hopefully they can tell me why!

Has anyone worked on the Service Cloud Basics Module on Trailhead?

I need help on figuring out Rule Criteria for the Escalation Rule on 'Automating Case Management' step. The details are jotted down in the attached file.

This question is highly likely to be on the Exam. So, let us all work towards it together. I can walk anyone through the steps that come before, or up to the point where I am stuck :(

Error: Escalation Action Limit Exceeded

Running into an error when I create the 6 escalation action within one escalation entry.... Shouldn't I have the capabiltity of 200 limit of actions per entry? How can I view the totally number of Actions used in my org? Currently the Case Object Limit - Active Workflow Rules - usage is at 43 (and the limit is 50 active rules).

I have one escalation rule based on "when the case is created", busines hours setting is "ignore business hours" and criteria is case type = "X" and Case Status = "Open". It has 2 Rule Entries.... When go and create the 6 escalation actions on one entry, I get the error: escalation action limit exceeded.

Suggestions on where to look or what I need to do?

Ahhhh - wow...So a single case needs 6+ escalations? Are they all escalations for duration open or for other criteria? The only other thing I was thinking, if you have Service Cloud, was whether or not you had looked into Entitlements for their Milestones and SLA Alerts?
