Winter '23 Release Announcement

We are thrilled to announce the Winter ‘23 release of Education Cloud! In this release we are enhancing appointment scheduling in Student Success Hub and making available more generally, features that were only available with EDA or Admissions Connect in the prior release. 

The following are key highlights of the release:

Appointment Booking Enhancements in Student Success Hub

We’ve provided enhanced appointment scheduling in Student Success Hub, including the ability for Students to add notes on why they are booking the appointment. This helps bring even more personalized support for Students and increases productivity for faculty and advising staff.

Guidance Center for Student Success Hub

The Guidance Center is designed to provide Student Success Hub admins with helpful guidance to assist with setting up and enhancing their Salesforce orgs. This onboarding support provides admins with step by step instructions to get up and running quickly.

Data Mover is now Generally Available

After a successful launch for Recruiting & Admissions use cases, Data Mover is now generally available for all Education Cloud Customers. Data Mover is an intuitive tool that lets you easily bring external data into Salesforce. It helps prevent duplicates and distributes data across multiple objects.
