I am installing EDA package in sandbox with Service cloud. Getting following error:
EDA - Case Behavior Record Types: Could not process MDAPI response: Update of BusinessProcess Case.Behavior Management: Error on line 3, col 24: Picklist value: New not found
Any guidance to solve this error would be helpful. FYI @Harsha Gadag
CaseStatus picklist value should match exactly to "New" or "Closed". The error occurs, if there are any emoji characters in the values.

The Trailblazer Community team is temporarily banning the use of AI-Generated chat technology (or other AI generated text) to answer questions or post in the community. Our goal is to help Trailblazers learn and connect by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Unfortunately, AI-Generated chat technology can be misleading or wrong, and therefore goes against our values of trusted and authentic peer-based content.
Why are we taking steps to ban the use of AI-Generated chat technology?
Trailblazers have shared with us examples of answers that appear to be generated by AI. While investigating these incidents, we think language from the popular ChatGPT website about the tool’s limitations is particularly relevant:
“ChatGPT sometimes writes plausible-sounding but incorrect or nonsensical answers. Fixing this issue is challenging, as: (1) during RL training, there’s currently no source of truth; (2) training the model to be more cautious causes it to decline questions that it can answer correctly; and (3) supervised training misleads the model because the ideal answer depends on what the model knows, rather than what the human demonstrator knows.”
We are working on a Help Article to provide you with more detailed information and will be digging in to learn more about ChatGPT and other similar tools and how they may impact community engagement moving forward. We want to ensure that the community is a place to connect and learn from fellow Trailblazers.

Does anyone know if the Education Cloud Consultant Certification is now reflective of the new Education Cloud platform / architecture or the EDA architecture?

Requirement:
We have an integration process that creates Advisee Records (Cases) in bulk for new students. This process can create several hundred or even several thousand cases at one time depending on the time of year. A subset of these records qualify for a specialty advisor assignment (Success Team Member) which should be assigned in a Round Robin fashion (or something comparable to achieve a balanced assignment distribution).
Issues:
Because we are only assigning a subset of the records, we cannot use an auto-incremented number on the case record. Instead, we built a custom rule object that has a number field to be incremented every time an assignment occurs. We built the assignment process in a record triggered flow to create the assignment and update the round robin increment. It works successfully when we're creating 1 record at a time, but when we load records in bulk the flows run in parallel resulting in the same user getting assigned all cases in a given batch. We tried creating a Platform Event record via the flow to call a separate Platform Event Triggered Flow, but encountered the same issues as the platform events are also processed in batches. Lastly, we tried a scheduled flow to loop the newly created cases on a nightly basis but we hit governor limits of too many soql queries.
What is the best way to achieve the sequential/balanced nature of a round robin assignment using flow when records are loaded in batch?

We are trying to create a partner Org for New Education Cloud for doing POC's. We were tried creating using Environment Hub, but we were unable to create an Education Cloud Org as it comes under Industries Portfolio.
Please provide us with the steps for creating a Partner Org for POC's.
