#Moderation Rules0 人がディスカッション中

This was sent to some of our internal users but not all of them, and we are not yet sure if it went to any external users. We are trying to a) figure out exactly whom the email was sent to and b) ensure that going forward those emails are only sent to our community managers/moderators.

We believe it has to do with permission sets but are having some trouble answering those questions. Does anyone have recommendations on how to investigate this efficiently?

are you referring to content in below link?

    https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.chatterapi.meta/chatterapi/connect_resource_feeds_pending_review.htm

also for email investigation, under set up || email logs.. try to generate email log for a timeframe and help check if any email got delivered

Was there any word on when moderation rules are going to be more than just all-on or all-off? Salesforce's current moderation rules aren't cutting it and as a result I am not able to deliver on a project from upper management.

Also, will we ever be able to delete communities that are not in use? There's an idea exchange idea that's been around for years but at this point could be considered abandoned.

Hello.

Looks like we've found a bug. Moderation rules consider each poll option as a separate chatter post. For example, when a community user creates a poll in a community group with 5 choice options he's got frozen due to the moderations rules. The rule is set to freeze a user after making 5 posts within 3 min.

Does that mean the system considers each poll option as a separate comment/post? Why is this happening? How can we avoid freezing users for 1 poll with 5 or more options without changing the limit for posts/comments?
