Users Do not have Access to Work Plans on Their Experience Builder Site in Winter 22

According to the document "Give Users Access to Work Plans on Their Experience Builder Site", the Work plan web component should be available in Experience site :

    The User needs the System Permission 'Field Service Standard'. Assigning the permission set license with the same name is not enough.
