🚨 Need Assistance with Salesforce Certification Exam Issue 🚨 

I had scheduled my Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification exam for December 6th, 2025 at 17:30 PM (Asia/Kolkata). 

I logged in 15 minutes early and completed the Pearson VUE check-in process successfully. However, after check-in, I received an email stating that my exam session was revoked because the system showed my exam time as 12:00 PM, which is several hours earlier than my actual scheduled time. 

This seems to be a scheduling error, and I’m concerned about losing my slot and fee due to no fault of mine. 

I have already created a support case, but I haven’t received any update yet. Could @Salesforce, @Trailhead, and the @SalesforceCommunity please help investigate this issue and assist me with rescheduling my exam at no additional cost? 

I can provide confirmation details and screenshots if needed.
