I am facing the below issue while competing one module,

Challenge not yet complete in JS1

Whoops, looks like there was a problem. Please try again.

I am sure this is not related to the technical part of module or code or configuration, this is something else. I have tried to check challenge in multiple playground, but same issue persists.

I troubleshooted almost every possibility.

In few weeks I am going to appear for the certification assessment and this module 

(Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Data) is prerequisite for certification.

So, help me to sort it out, thanks in advance.
