Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

Go to setup ->Einstein Bots -> Turn On.

Re-Check the challenge again. you should be able to complete the challenge.

I'm stuck on the hand-on challenge called "Create an Agent Action for Canceling a Booking". I'm not seeing reference Action: Cancel Contact’s Booking

in the "select an action..." window. I've followed the instructions from the start and even tried to re-do it in a new org and get stuck at the same spot. Any help would be appreciated!

Anyone found the solution for this? I am facing exactly the same challenge compelting the trailhead unit challenge.

I am doing the Welcome to Coral Cloud Resorts module and continue to get this error when checking my challenge: Agentforce is not enabled in your org. Turn it on in the Agentforce Agents section of Setup.

Very helpful. What I learned is even though I painstakinly spent time in a specific environment for the previous pieces of this trail, I needed to close out all those browsers, relog into ACT, launch the environment, turn it off then turn it on in Agentforce Studio (part of Salesforce GO). Then refresh and click check challenge.

Hi,

I keep getting this error message when checking my challenge on the "Create Reports with the Report Builder" unit even though I have double checked my work several times and even created a new playground.

Challenge not yet complete in Wise Impala Playground

We couldn’t find the State/Province field in the 'Columns' section.

Could I get some guidance on what else I can try?

That error means the checker is scanning your report's Columns list for a field it recognizes as 'State/Province' and not finding it there. A few things cause this even when the report looks right:

    1. It has to be in Columns, not a Grouping or Filter. In the Lightning Report Builder, open the Outline tab and confirm State/Province is under Columns (the field list), not sitting only as a Group Rows / Group Columns or as a filter. If you grouped by it, also add it as a straight column.

    2. Make sure it is the exact State/Province field. When you search the field list there can be look-alikes: Mailing State/Province, Billing State/Province, or a '(text)' variant if State and Country/Territory Picklists are enabled. Add the one that matches the unit's instructions exactly, if it just says 'State/Province', pick that plain field, not the Mailing/Billing versions.

    3. Save the report after adding the column. If you add the field but run or navigate away without saving, the check reads the saved version, which will not have it yet.

So: Outline > Columns, drop in the exact State/Province field (not a group/filter, not a Mailing/Billing look-alike), Save, then re-run Check Challenge. Since you already rebuilt the playground, it is almost certainly the column-vs-grouping placement or the field variant rather than anything org-level.

If this helps, please mark it as the Best Answer so it helps the next person. Thanks :)

Hello! I'm brand new with Salesforce. I am looking for a new career and keep seeing Salesforce as an in-demand skill. Especially with the CRM side. I have used many CRM platforms before but I'm seeing that a Salesforce certification could be beneficial. Which course do I start with to give me an overview of Salesforce and then I can trail on from there? I kind of feel lost with the list I see. I changed my preferences to beginner but I can not figure out which is the beginning course. Thank you in advance!

For a fresher role, I’d start with arrays, strings, hashmaps, linked lists, and basic trees. Practice explaining your approach clearly while solving, not just memorizing solutions. It’s also worth preparing your projects and basic CS concepts in case the interview goes beyond DSA.

I'm attempting to complete the challenge in trailhead, but I am unable to create a new policy. It is greyed out.

How to create a new transaction security policy?

    Hey Casey,

Salesforce release notes confirm the exact cause: there's now a "Modify Transaction Security Policy" permission required to create, delete, and update Transaction Security Policies, and users with only the Customize Application permission (which is what most admin users had relied on before) are now restricted to view-only access. That's almost certainly why New is greyed out for you, even as a System Admin, if this permission isn't explicitly on your profile/permission set.

    Fix:

    1. Setup > Profiles (or Permission Sets) > find your user's profile

    2. Search System Permissions for "Modify Transaction Security Policy"

    3. Enable it, save

    4. Go back to Transaction Security Policies, New should now be clickable

If you're on a Trailhead Playground and can't edit the System Administrator profile's permissions directly for some reason, try assigning yourself a permission set with this permission checked instead.

Hello,

I am working on the Trailhead project

Import and Export with Data Management Tools, step Use the Data Import Wizard.

I successfully imported all 44 Lead records from the provided CSV file using the Data Import Wizard.

  •  The import completed successfully.
  •  I received the confirmation email.
  •  All 44 Leads are present in my Trailhead Playground.
  •  They are owned by my user and were created today.

However, when I click Check Challenge, I always get the following error:

"The 'Lead' records from the CSV were not found. Please check the instructions."

I also verified that my user language and locale are set to English (United States), but the problem persists.  This was an indication related to this particular module that other people gave as feedback.

The import file contains also a column Owner with name and surname of the Lead Owner, but no ID. The names and surnames are not even present in the Trailhead Playground, so the Leads were automatically associated to my user because I was the one to import them.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is this a known verification bug?

Dear Mihai Huber (Ananda Sangha) and  Abhishek Saha (Capgemini)  thank you for your responses. The solution of Mihai helped me with the problem. Indeed there was an issue  with the sign ";" saved automatically instead of "," in a csv. The Notepad workaround was very useful. thanks a lot one more time!

Unable to Reset Password After Changing Email – Lightning Login Trailhead Challenge

Hi Trailblazers 👋

I’m currently working on the Trailhead challenge “Enable Lightning Login and Test Using the Salesforce Authenticator App”, and I’m stuck while trying to log in as Brochan Pane.

Here’s the issue I’m facing:

  1. I changed the email address for Brochan Pane successfully.
  2. I received the email verification link on the new email address.
  3. I clicked the verification link and verified the new email successfully.
  4. However, when I try to reset Brochan Pane’s password, the password reset email is still being sent to the old email address.
  5. Because I don’t have access to the old email address, I’m unable to reset the password and continue with the Lightning Login challenge.

I have tried changing the email again and verifying it, but the password reset email still goes to the previous email address.

Has anyone faced this issue in a Trailhead Playground?

Is there any additional setting or step required to make Salesforce send the password reset email to the newly verified email address?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

On Brochan Pane's login screen, look for a link like "Use a different verification method," "Try another way," or "More options" instead of just accepting the passkey prompt. That should let you explicitly choose Salesforce Authenticator instead. This is a UI choice at login, not a setting you toggle in Setup.

If no such option appears, check Setup > Users > Brochan Pane > Passkeys related list, if a passkey was auto-registered there, you can remove it so Authenticator becomes the only available/default option again.

    Hey Ashwini,

Vishal's right, that's exactly it. Your screenshot shows the report is still in preview/edit mode, the "Save & Run" button hasn't been clicked yet. Trailhead's checker can only validate a report that's actually saved and run, not one that's just open in the builder.

Click Save & Run (top right, next to Save), confirm it saves successfully, then go back and click Check Challenge again.

    Hey Vidhya,

Adding to Nikhil's ask, could you share:

    - The module/project name or link you're working on

    - A screenshot of the current step where the sign-up link is missing

Without knowing which specific module this is, it's hard to confirm whether a special Developer Edition link is actually required for this unit or if there's another way to proceed. Once you share that, I can check the official instructions directly.
