#Trailhead Challenges1 682 personnes en discutent

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I am getting "We couldn't find an active flow named Recruiting Orchestration." but I have done all the steps and activated the flow orchestration.  I cannot figure out what is wrong.

Note:  I tried adding my email as an org wide email to get rid of the warnings and that didn't get rid of this failure either.

I got it to validate after adding descriptions to all the steps that were in the unit before the hands on part.  The flow orchestrator already existed in the dev org I got for the badge and had all the preliminary steps done so I hadn't looked at those closely.  Thanks for the response!

I created the component as described, configured the parameters, and added it to the Home Page as requested, but it's not working when I validate it.

Any advice on how to validate this exercise?

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on the "Quick Start: Agent Actions" (Connect a Flow to Agentforce with Actions) project, but I am stuck on the challenge verification step.

Even though I have completed all the steps successfully, I keep receiving the following error message:

Summary of what I did based on the instructions:

  1. Enabled Einstein and Agentforce (Default) in a new trial org.
  2. Opened the agent in the Agentforce Builder and added the General CRM topic.
  3. Created a new Custom Agent Action referencing the existing Initiate Return Flow with the exact instructions and inputs/outputs specified.
  4. Added the 'Initiate Return' action to the General CRM topic, ensured it saved properly, and successfully Activated the agent.
  5. Tested the interaction in the conversation window—the agent successfully fetched the order details and updated the Return Status field to 'Initiated' via the custom flow automation.

The issue: The instructions specifically guide me to use the existing "Agentforce (Default)" agent (and rename it from Einstein Copilot if necessary). However, the challenge validation error is asking for an agent named 'Order Agent'.

The unit instructions do not mention creating or renaming the agent to 'Order Agent'. I have double-checked that my agent is fully activated.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Should I create a new agent named 'Order Agent' from scratch, or is there a discrepancy in the challenge requirements?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

@Nari Kim This is a mismatch between the older instructions and the current challenge checker.

The challenge expects the prebuilt agent named Order Agent, not Agentforce (Default). In the updated steps, Trailhead says to open Agentforce Studio, go to Agents, and select Order Agent

    .

Do not continue with the old Agentforce (Default) agent for this challenge. Open the special Developer Edition org from the badge, find Order Agent, add the General CRM subagent, create/add the Initiate Return action under that subagent, then Commit Version and Activate the agent.

If Order Agent is not available in the org, that usually means the org is not the correct special DE org for this badge, or it was created before the badge content was updated. Create a fresh org from the sign-up link in the same Trailhead unit and reconnect that org to Trailhead.

@Tanushree Debnath this is a Lead Conversion field mapping issue.

The error is specifically saying that Salesforce needs a value for this Account field during conversion: Account.Support_Plan_Expiration_Date__c

To fix it, create a matching custom field on Lead, then map it to the Account field.

Go to: Setup -> Object Manager -> Lead -> Fields & Relationships -> Map Lead Fields

Then map the Lead field to: Account.Support_Plan_Expiration_Date__c

Salesforce’s lead field mapping help explains this process here: (Salesforce)

Also check whether Support_Plan_Expiration_Date__c is marked as required on Account, or required by a validation rule. If it is required, the Lead must have a valid value before conversion, otherwise the Account cannot be created.

There are similar community posts for this same lead conversion mapping error here: (trailhead.salesforce.com)

After mapping the field, update the Lead with the support plan expiration date and try converting again.

I keep getting the error The 'General CRM' topic is missing for the General Agent. Verify that this topic is included in the topic list' when verifiying Create an Employee Agent in the Quick Start: Create Employee Agents in Agentforce badge: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-create-employee-agents-in-agentforce?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-legend-2026

The General CRM subagent / topic is there, I've tried it in 2 different orgs now, its active, tried deactivating it then re-activating it, added new versions - yet it still can't see that its there.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've followed the instructions exactly.

Hi! I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to ask if you know about any upcoming events, competitions, hackathons, challenges, or community programs apart from Trailhead Quests where there’s a chance to stand out and win a certification voucher.

I’m highly looking forward to giving my first certification exam, so even a small lead or recommendation would really mean a lot to me. Thank you!

In my eye , quests are the only key platform of getting voucher if u're lucky  . Also keep an eye on events in person or virtual. There are webinar days also , salesforce certification days too u can take part .

I'm hoping you can help me. I'm blocked on the Trailhead challenge 'Connect Your Agentforce Org with Slack'

and have been trying to resolve this for a while today. Here's what I've already attempted:

The Issue:

The Slack Developer account verification email contains a broken link (404 error), so I'm unable to complete account verification and finish the challenge.

Steps I've Already Taken:

  1. Tried to post in #help-trailhead#help-trailhead — channel has posting restrictions, unable to post
  2. Tried to post in #training-certification-inquiries#training-certification-inquiries — same issue, restricted from posting
  3. Tried to use the workflow in the channel — also blocked
  4. Sent a DM to @Engineering Agent — received an automated bot response directing me to Trailhead/Slack Support (not helpful)
  5. Tried to post in #trailhead-support#trailhead-support — also restricted

I really need to complete this today. Can you help me verify my Slack Developer account, escalate this broken link issue, or point me to someone who can? Thank you so much!
