Hi Everyone,

I am new to the ecosystem but have several years of experience in the sports sector. Currently, I am employed with an ISV and recently Salesforce Certified Associate.

I looking forward to interacting with everyone and contributing to this community.

Hello there, (I am NOT a recruiter, but I am willing to help the recruiters to find the best professional to join our team)

I work remotely as a Solutions Architect (not focused on SF) for a growing and exciting company in Canada, and I am working together with the SF internal team to find an A+ Tech Lead that fits the culture and the skill level of the team. I, personally, find the position fascinating and wanted to share it with you folks here.

We are reorganizing the current SSC solution and migrating it to FSC. C-Level has high expectation and is committed to make this Salesforce program a success.

  • We are embracing FSC standard capabilities and standard data model and will be delivering a true customer-centric platform.
  • We are reorganizing our internal SF team that today has a lot of talented, experienced and certified Salesforce developers and admins (They are fun to work with too)
  • We are starting to set up the Salesforce CoE ;
  • We are working on to have the #1 FSC implementation in Canada, regarding value to customer and business, code quality, maintainability. The bar is high!

Please, if you know anyone willing to lead this transformation in our company, reach out to me that I can explain better the challenges and opportunities, but personally, I believe this is a great opportunity to grow in your career and make a difference! Also, the team is fun and friendly and the work-life balance is perfect! :)

People that can make it to the office (GTA) once a week are preferable, but A+ candidates living abroad will be considered as well!

Thanks

Hello Everyone,

It’s time for the fourth annual Canadian Salesforce Survey and we want to hear from all of you.

Once again, we want to get a picture of Salesforce careers across Canada so we can share it back out to the community.  This is our chance to understand how we may differ from other markets, and how we differ across the country.     All responses are anonymous.  Personally identifiable information and IP addresses are not tracked.

  • It’s not just about salaries.  We’re trying to better understand the demographics of the people who work in the Canadian Salesforce ecosystem.
  • The survey is in both English and French.  I apologize in advance for any translation issues.
  • The survey closes on October 15.
  • The results will be shared to the local user groups for distribution.
  • Please send the link to the survey to friends and co-workers who are also in the Salesforce ecosystem – just please keep it to Canada only!

Thanks for participating.     Here’s the link to the 2021 Survey    https://www.getfeedback.com/r/q1ebLDro

#Adoption101

Our adoption issue has been breaking the mith that Salesforce is a fiance/ big brother watching tool. AMs will wait till the last minute to put data in the system. Most had there own excel offline to manage their deals.

With rolling out lighting pushing what's in it for me, has been a major tool. giving reports to AMs so they can see the advantage of looking at there data. has helped.. slowly. Talking to AMs and trying to build solutions there needs help too. No magic bullet, just a lot of hard work to show the value of adoption.

Absolutely. A lot of times when you're just starting down this path it's all about incremental steps. The key thing to focus on is in bringing value to the user in each one of those steps by making their job just that little bit easier. A great way of further enforcing this is to have your management team run their business from dashboards within in the app - thus ensuring that team members filter in their data in order to be represented on their team lead's db's.
