I have put in Trailhead Case 01014782 but I'm wondering if anyone in this group can help me. I went to take an in-person exam this past Saturday 8/26. I was using an exam voucher that expires 8/31. (Yes I waited till the last minute!) When I showed up in person they said they had no power or phones and had no way of telling me ahead of time I cannot take it.
I just need to know if I can retake this same exam at Dreamforce in a few weeks, and if so, can the voucher be refunded? Or if the voucher deadline can be extended, does it have to be for the SAME exam (meaning I need to take a different exam at Dreamforce)? I know the team has a large case backlog but Dreamforce is only a few weeks away so I just want to know the best course of action here. Has this happened to anyone else?
Also I cannot find where to see the case I put in. The email confirmation doesn't have a link to check the status. Thanks! @trailhead
