#Trailhead Challenges1187 debatiendo

Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I've created Custom DMO using existing Account DMO with profile category. When trying to create an identity resolution rule, I can see only Account & Individual DMO. Is there any thing that I'm missing or it's not doable? My intention is to create a separate Identity Resolution rule for Trainers from Custom DMO. Any suggestions from experience would be appreciated.

    Hi @Nidibrolu Revanth Kumar

Short Answer - No, we cannot use custom DMOs for IR rules.

Logic: The whole point having DLOs and DMOs as separate layers is to have all external data objects mapped to the Data360's interal Data Model. Specifically for the DLOs of type 'Profile' must be mapped to specific DMOs (Individual, Account, Lead or Household) and corresponding Contact Point Objects to be able to take part in the Match rules.

Hi Short Answer - No, we cannot use custom DMOs for IR rules.

That is the whole point of having the entire Party Data Model (

    https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/data-models/guide/party-overview.html

), where all the DMOs are already connected with each other. All you need to do is to map the data coming from outside (DSOs and DLOs) to the right DMOs, and Data360 takes care of all relationship building.

    Hope this helps.

    @Ajinkya Deshmukh

You can try the following options:

    • This looks like an intermittent issue on the Trailhead side. Please check again after some time.
    • Clear the browser cache → log out & log in again, then check the challenge.
    • Check your challenge in incognito mode / a private window or a different browser.
    • If you still face the same error, delete and recreate it, then check your challenge again — or create a new playground and complete the task there.

    Hi @Pramod Kumar K

I believe you are stuck on the 'Placce products in the store' module (

    https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/plan-and-manage-store-visits-with-consumer-goods-cloud/place-products-in-the-stores

    ).

Make sure you follow the steps mentioned here carefully:

Hi I believe you are stuck on the 'Placce products in the store' module ().

    You can double-check the '

NTO Specialty Stores' record, and make sure its related list has the  'NTO Specialty Assortment' visible (along with correct spellings).

Hi Tableau Support Team,

I have created a table in Tableau where different contracts have data starting from different dates. Some contracts have data available from 2025, while others start from 2026.

I have created a calculated field to display the data starting from February 2025. However, when I apply a filter for a specific contract, the table does not display the required date range if that contract's data starts at a later date.

For example, the contract named Mercy has data available starting from January 2026. When I filter the table for the Mercy contract, the date range starts from January 2026 instead of February 2025.

Expected Behavior:

I would like the table to display the date range starting from February 2025 for every selected contract, regardless of when the actual data for that contract begins. For dates where no data is available, I would like the date columns or rows to remain visible, with blank or null values where appropriate.

Actual Behavior:

When I select a contract such as Mercy, Tableau displays the dates only from the contract's actual data start date (January 2026) and does not display the earlier dates starting from February 2025.

Assistance Required:

Could you please help me understand how to configure Tableau to display a consistent date range starting from February 2025 for all contracts, even when some contracts have no data available for the earlier period?

Please suggest the appropriate approach, such as using a calendar/date scaffold, a date domain, or any other suitable Tableau functionality.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards

    Dear, @Tushar Jadav, @Deepak Sachdeva

, Thank you reply! It was resolved. yes, the report recognized the one word -- so I used Show all and ticked Hot and Warm. That was successful...!

    Thank you!!

I am trying to complete the Create a Prompt Template for an Engagement Email challenge, but I get an error  The 'Program Recommendation Email' prompt template text is missing a dynamic reference to the sender's full name resource.

This doesn't make sense, because the template actually does have that reference:

Why does challenge fail asking for something which is actually there

Note - when using Insert Resource, only Sender > Full Name is available to select, not Sender > Name. So that is what I selected. But then when displayed in the template after inserting, the token shows it as

Input.Sender.Name

. I'm not sure if this is what is causing the check to fail, but there is no other option available.

Update - never mind, it's working now! The details of the Challenge have changed, and when I check it now, my config is accepted and I pass the challenge (I didn't change anything). Clearly there was a problem with this one but it now appears to be resolved.

    Thanks again

@Matt Thomas for trying to help!

Hello,

I cannot see any right pane and cannot see any output preview needed for

8. The right pane displays the results of the prompt template. It opens in the Output Preview. Click the

JSON

tab to display the actual output from the template.

All I am able to do is to right click on the column header and click edit column in order to show the summary but there is no output preview.

Please advise how to display the output preview.

Explore data with Agentforce grid - Issue with right pane

Thanks,

Anna

    Hi @Anna Yvrande,

What you’re seeing is the column setup pane that opens when you choose Edit Column, and it doesn’t include the output preview. The preview is tied to the result in each cell.

Here’s how to get to it:

    1. In the Summary column, click Save and Run and wait until the cells finish processing.
    2. Click directly on one of the cells in the Summary column (for example, row 1).
    3. The right pane should switch to the output view and open on Output Preview. Click the JSON tab there to see the raw output from the template.

If the pane still shows the column settings, click on a different cell, or close the pane with the cross icon and click the cell again.

Hope this helps! If it works, please mark this as the best answer.

    Hello @Under Dog

This error means the Customer Account Page isn't assigned to the Customer Account record type. To fix it:

    1. Go to Setup → type Lightning App Builder in Quick Find → click Lightning App Builder.

    2. Click Edit next to Customer Account Page.

    3. Click Activation (top right) → open the App, Record Type, and Profile tab → click Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.

    4. Select the app the challenge asks for (e.g. Sales) → Next → choose Desktop (or as instructed) → Next.

    5. Select the Customer Account record type → Next.

    6. Select the profiles the challenge asks for (e.g. System Administrator) → Next → Save.

Also check that the Customer Account record type exists on Account, is Active, and is available to your profile (Setup → Object Manager → Account → Record Types). Then check the challenge again.
