Like @Joshua Peck mentioned, we have integration with Amazon Connect as well. Amazon didn't go very deep with their solution, but we've built support for Lightning, Omni-channel, call metrics, etc.

InGenius is happy to announce the release of InGenius Connector Enterprise 5.0. The upgraded solution is focused on innovations for Salesforce customers, including support for Salesforce Lightning, the integration of Salesforce Omni-Channel work items directly within the InGenius interface and updated Salesforce report packages. You can read the full announcement at http://www.ingenius.com/release-ingenius-connector-enterprise-5/.
For those of you still running CTI Toolkit, it's soon to be disabled and no longer available. AMC Technology has a migration program and our Success Engineers would be happy to work with you during the transition. With AMC's support for Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Lightning, and more, you'll be pleasantly surprised at all the great new capabilities available to you! You can reach out to me or visit our website (www.amctechnology.com) for more details.
Happy Holidays,

We want our service agents to be able to draw a network diagram (think Visio or Lucidchart, but with network icons) and save this to an account or case record. Is there a Salesforce app or other plugin capable of doing this? @* Service Cloud * @Atlanta Service Breakfast Club @Admin Group, Atlanta, US @Contact Center SFDC Integrations
13 dic 2016, 18:41 Elements has a direct (free) integration into Salesforce
Salesforce recently announced the upcoming retirement of the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Toolkit in their Spring '17 release and recommends customers migrate to Open CTI: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewSolution?id=000233625. InGenius has you covered! If you're using a legacy CTI application that doesn't support Open CTI, we're offering an expedited transition program if you sign up before February 28. Contact us for details at sales@ingenius.com.
Hi everyone!
We're a new Salesforce customer and are currently undergoing an implementation. One of our business requirements is to integrate our Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) with our org. Can anyone share their experience(s) with us in standing up such an integration?
Aside from the experiential aspects of the integration and for the sake of transparency, we have already engaged an implementation partner but are also shopping around for competitive quotes.

Welcome to the Salesforce Community! My background is in education contact center operations and I work on technology integration – specifically CRM/CTI. Happy to discuss your decision making and offer some feedback.
Looks like one of our Subject Matter Experts has responded, ^Ignacio. I can be reached directly at
aaron.calvey@amctechnology.com. Feel free to reach out to either of us for perspective.
Best,
