Regarding Role hierarchy

Hi Team

I doubt this scenario and would appreciate a recommendation on this.

The company has 5(A,B, C,D, and E) branches which have a Manager, Assistant Manager, Hr, Team lead, and Employees.

When I design a role hierarchy with these 5 roles.

The Team lead in the A branch can able to see all the records in B,C, D,E branches that employees own.

But I need to give access to the superior based on the branch.

Note: Private access to Account on OWD and grant access using hierarchies is set to true(This cannot unchecked).
