    @Doly Cruz - 1st question: Einstein Engagement evaluation. For Engagement Scoring, there are some requirements/prerequisites that you might want to double-check on if that's the feature you were meaning: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=mc_anb_prerequisites_einstein_engagement_scoring.htm&type=5

    However, if you meant Engagement Frequency instead, the default setting evaluates the last 90 days. If your account is new or you have new customers, this might be the reason not all of them are showing up:

    2nd question - Dynamic Content rendering in Outlook.

    Outlook is a very fickle email client, that has a different rendering engine to most other email clients. Therefore there are specific fixes for different issues. It is hard to let you know the exact fix, as it would not be Dynamic Content rule-related but based on the Content Blocks code itself. I would recommend searching the Litmus blog for specific solutions. Here is one to get you started:
