Getting an error on MedicationRequest (standard object - HealthCloud), to enter value on either MedicationId or MedicationCodeId fields. This is not custom validation rule. Both MedicationId and MedicationCodeId are lookup fields. Can we remove this validation in anyway if we are not using those two standard lookup fields?

Hi @Sai Girish G This looks like a standard Salesforce Health Cloud validation, not a custom validation rule.
A few key points:
- MedicationId and MedicationCodeId are standard lookup fields.
- Salesforce requires a value in either one of these fields.
- Since this is standard validation, you can't disable it through Validation Rules.
- If you're using Flow, Apex, or API, make sure one of these fields is populated.
My suggestion: If your business doesn't need either field, consider reviewing the data model or using a custom object.
