Hi All,
We want to implement abandoned cart (send follow up email to users if they have left items in cart, email shows the products those are in cart).
However, in Einstein recipe the recommendation is not just showing cart items but also some additional items. Sometimes it shows 1 out of 2 cart item only and rest some other items. I see the correct cart count and product urls in user overview from personalization. But my recipe isn't showing correct cart products.
In my recipe the ingredient added is only eligible item and inclusion of products in cart.
Same is having for the wish list items. Can you please suggest why is recipe behaving this way?

Should we make sure all known user profile are present in MC Personalization including the sfmc contact key to get this working?
We have about 40M profiles and importing all of them in MCP is not feasible and are looking for alternate ways.
