Hi everyone,
I would like to use a Flow to group records under the same object based on field answers. When a lead is created with the record type "Small Group", it is auto assigned to an Unqualified List. From there, I need to group this data based on these picklist fields - Gender, Age Group, Ability, Months of Travel, Room Type, and Resort. If the records match 3 or more fields of the other records, I would like to move those records to a Qualified List.
Any suggestions on how to write this formula so it's compatible with picklist fields in a Flow?

Create a record type flow on the Lead object with entry criteria when Lead.RecordType = Small Group and check valid criteria for changing the record type to Qualified List from Small Group.
Get the recordID of the record Type of Qualified List and update the recordType field with the same.
