Hello Trailblazer Community,

I'm trying to use a lightning component to provide specialized input to the Create Case Form on our Experience site.

I was able to draft a lightning component to create a case and link it to a global action, but when referencing the action in the Create Case Form configuration, I get the following error:

"You've specified an action that doesn't create a case."

Has anyone encountered this error in the Experience Builder? If so, were you able to resolve the error?

Thanks and Regards,

Ron

Thanks again Keiji for your response.

My use case is actually the reverse. I have a global action (to be used in an Experience create case form component) that reference a Lightning component (for form implementation).

Experience Builder is saying the that global action used in the create case form component does not create a case, even though the Lightning component is specifically designed to do so.

I may be missing a configuration or setting to allow the global action to used, but I haven't been able to find out what this might be.
