I get the following error when adding a new alignment.  I have to add it 4-5 times before it actually adds one I can work with.  Does anyone know why this is happening?

When I'm publishing my territories to the ETM - not all of the logic is carrying over and populating for the territories and quite a few are blank after publishing.  Trying to figure out why this is the case and looking to have the logic published from the carves.

Any insight?

Hi all, I've recently taken over a role that involves territory planning.  However, our instance of Salesforce includes Salesforce Maps and Territory Planning functionality, but we are not subscribed to Enterprise Territory Management.  I'm seeking direction regarding learning modules in Trailhead (or elsewhere) that best provide training on how to plan and create territories without having Enterprise functionality.  Every module I look at regarding territory planning seems to be built around the assumption that the account is equipped with Enterprise functionality, so I am unsure where to turn to become better educated on this using the tools we actually have.

I have been working with the Winter 22 changes to territory planning in my sandbox org and I'm having some trouble with the new option to import a territory hierarchy from a CSV. The menus make it look like all you would need to set up a territory hierarchy is the area name and parent area name, which I created columns for in my spread sheet but I get an error saying "Unable to locate parent area" even though I've tried pre populating the hierarchy in the alignment creation menu with names matching the values in my CSV's parent area columns. Has anyone else messed around with this feature and gotten it to work?
