I am trying to complete the Agentforce Blazer - Innovator (Creating Template-Triggered Prompt Flows for Events
), where it couldn't find the newly built prompt builder.
Things I have checked -:
- Einstein Setup
- The prompt itself (tried both GPT 5 Mini and GPT 4.1 Mini)
I wonder is there anything i missed out?

Ensure you are working in the
same Salesforce playground/org where you completed the previous module (Build a Flex Prompt Template with Einstein AI).https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D5KX00000PWgJd0AL
I believe there is an intermittent issue going on with the backend, so wait and retry again after a few hours.
I encourage you to get help from the Trailhead support team.
