I have completed the previous modules (Manage User Access, Manage Chatter, Modify Your Data Model, Configure and Email Letterhead and Template) within the Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit section. When I get to the last step in this challenge, I get "No records to display."
I have re-done the challenge multiple times, making sure to follow each step exactly as outlined and I get the same result: No records to display.
Two other items to note:
- Send Email to Members: Deselect. This was already deselected when I set up the Queues. Is it meant to be selected?
- The Active box is checked (others seem to have an issue with it staying unchecked).
- Message I get when I try to verify: Step not yet complete in Empathetic Narwhal Playground We can't find a Product Support Case for Sean Forbes at Edge Communications with the expected fields. Make sure all fields match the values provided in the steps.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm now all set. I didn't need to delete my entire playground and start from scratch, but I did delete each rule as I went, then re-created from scratch, and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks to all for your help!
