I completed the Migrate Users with User Access Policies badge on Salesforce Trailhead.

One thing I learned along the way: hands-on exercises don't always go as expected!

I encountered an issue where I couldn't select Group twice when defining user criteria. Instead of giving up, I investigated the issue, explored the Salesforce setup, and found a workaround by disabling the Enhanced Interface for User Access Policies setting.

This experience reminded me that learning Salesforce isn't just about following instructions. It's also about troubleshooting, being resourceful, and understanding how the platform works.

I'm continuing to build my Salesforce skills, one challenge at a time, and looking forward to applying what I learn to real-world business problems.
