I am making callout to external system to get records out of 100 2 failed i want to retry those failed records till 3 time. Can someone help with full code in detail?

The cleanest way to retry failed callouts up to 3 times is a Queueable that re-enqueues itself with a retry counter, processing only the records that failed last time. Queueable is right because callouts can’t run from a simple loop at scale and it chains cleanly.
