Hi All,
So, I have recently installed the Adobe Sign for Salesforce CPQ, it's working as intended for the admins but for the other users they are getting an error whenever they click on 'Send to Adobe' button. I identified the issue that it is due to the Quote record being locked. As per our design the Quotes get locked after it is approved. Only after it's approved, the Quote Document need to be generated. So, using the Adobe Sign we are trying to generate the Adobe Document by clicking on 'Send to Adobe' button after the Quote record is locked, but it's showing the below error message:
Can we possibly make permissions where this adobe sign can work properly but still keep the rest of editing quotes locked as is now?
