Sharing attachments attached by internal users to a case with portal users

Question

Hi, is there way to share files attached to a case by internal users with community users who have access to the case record automatically. I am trying to explore declarative options available before opting to write code.

However, it is important to note that Salesforce's default settings do not provide a direct way to automatically share file access with portal users if these files were uploaded by internal users.   Typically, access to attached files needs to be configured manually through the "Case" object's access settings or via file record management.    However, this process is not automated, and additional configurations are often needed for greater convenience.   Additionally, you can use a third-party solution from AppExchange.  For example, CloudFiles for Salesforce is an application that allows you to automate file management in Salesforce, granting portal users automatic access to attached files.
