How do I ensure that Marketing Cloud sends emails to the correct email address for an organisation?

• In NPSP ensure you use the preferred email field
• Use the Marketing Cloud Audience builder to select the correct affiliations and contacts

One System Admin can 'Login as Any User' another cannot

• Suspect it's due to a permission set, as 'Modify all Data' is required for this functionality to work
