While I'm trying to create new playground to complete the modules, I'm getting an error : "We couldn’t create a Trailhead Playground. Wait a minute and try again. trail error". I've cleared all the cookies and cache also used other browser/incognito window, still getting same error. Please assist me.

Check this workaround:
Workaround : Login to Trailhead >> click on the profile avatar >> click profile >> scroll down to the "About me" section and change the Country field to India or USA >> click save and then try creating a playground.
