SSO & SFDC2 ADMIN2 courtesy user cannot access our org.

Salesforce support is having an issue accessing our SSO org to preform Configuration Service requests. They’ve provided a specified IP address which isn’t working. Has anyone experienced this issue ,and can provide guidance.

    Hi Erin,

     

    From what I understand, SFDC2 Admin2 is a courtesy user which will only be used by the Admin support team for Admin Request services. I believe it would be best to reach out to the support team via a case to have this checked from their end.
