Hello, I just upgraded from a 2.0 version of NPSP in our sandbox. 160 out of thousands of payments did not transfer - with no rhyme or reason. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? I'd like to fix before upgrading in production.

Webinar: Upgrade to the Nonprofit Success Pack

Hi All, I see lots of articles about upgrading from NPSP 2 to NPSP 3 but nothing about from an earlier version of NPSP 3. I just started at a new organization and we currently have NPSP 3.122; is there any information on how I can get us up to date with NPSP 3? Thanks!

I have set a sandbox to do the upgrade from NPSP2 to NPSP3.  I go to the installer page and I select the Log in for the sanbox and connect to it.  According to ***READ THIS***, I am to first install the Recurring Donations package before installing the entire NPSP package.

When I click on the link to install only the Recurring Donations package, it asks me to log in again and when I put in the sandbox username and password (the same one that allowed me in before), it says my username and password are wrong.

How do I proceed with the install to the sandbox?  Should I skip the Recurring Donations and proceed to the entire package?
